After long months waiting for an answer to be given in view of granting to the signatary a hearing of a few minutes of your insufficient time, I enclose to the present letter two copies of representative letters of the steps taken concerning the subject in epigraph.
The Administration of Astra would be most grateful if the long waited hearing could be granted as it would help a lot to encourage someone that for a long time can not stop to try to find the causes which lead into the sacrifice of the life of someone he needed and, like many others of good will, intending to gather efforts leading into the reconstruction of the Country so sacrificed.

Expecting to obtain a reply to this claim, there is nothing left to the Administration of Astra then to reinforce its expression of gratitude and vows for the success in this difficult but honourable mission to conduct the destinies of this enormous Republic.
