Greetings.
In the sequence of an exposition send to the President of- the Republic, by CARLOS ALBERTO BARRETO RAMOS DIAS, commercial manager of the enterprise ASTRA-Serviços e Empreendimentos, Lda. and the author after being received by the Head of the Civil House and by the Juridical Councelor of the President of the Republic, having concluded that his concerns are resumed to the fact that he wishes to see solved and concluded definitively the process concerning the murder of CAROLINA DE FÁTIMA DA SILVA FRANCISCO, ex-partner of that enterprise, a process which, according to what the author of the exposition as informed us, has not been lead with regularity.
In this conformity and in accordance with the guidance of the President of the Republic, we send you the documents concerning the matter, so that you can guide the Competent Services leading them to conclude the respective investigations and to give the due continuation to the matter.

In view of the delicate nature of the matter, we request that as soon as there are any conclusions on the matter may we be informed of the fact.
